Journal
Notes from the barn.
A slow, occasional journal — a few times a season, not a few times a week.

Your words
Anything you write properly sits above these.
The entries here keep themselves current, which covers the day-to-day. What a caption can't do is go deeper. The layout and template are ready, so a written piece can go live the same day you send it — and it would sit at the top, in your own voice.
Two or three a season is plenty. Two hundred words each is plenty. If it helps, things that would be worth reading:
- The first three-star week in June, on Grass de Mars — what actually felt different.
- Why the barn is all mares, and what they give you that geldings don't.
- Where the name 3 Flamingos comes from. Nobody visiting the site knows.
- A normal Tuesday — the unglamorous version, away from a show.
Everything else still outstanding is on the brief page.
